• Optional Information: Profile Picture, Check-in, and Rating Data
• Social Login Information: Public information provided by Apple or Google accounts (e.g., Email, Nickname, Profile Picture)

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

• Account creation and service provision
• Support for check-ins, ratings, and comment posting
• Sharing information with other users in the community
• User authentication and profile setup via Apple/Google social login

3. Processing of Check-in and Rating Data

Check-in data consists of:

• User ID, Spot ID, Check-in Time, Location Information

Rating data consists of:

• User ID, Spot ID, Rating Score, Submission Time

This data is used for managing visit history, calculating average ratings, and incorporating user feedback.

4. Storage and Deletion of Personal Information

• Flipot stores personal information during the service usage period.
• Upon account deletion:
  • The user’s account and related data (check-ins, ratings, comments, spot data, etc.) will be deleted immediately.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• Comment data is automatically deleted three months after submission.
• Users can request the deletion of personal information at any time, and upon request, the data will be deleted immediately.

5. Security Measures

• Flipot securely encrypts personal information and operates security systems to prevent unauthorized access.
• Account deletion and data removal are processed safely following security protocols.
